I want to talk about how to boost your metabolism and lose weight without dieting than you ever wondered why some people eat a lot and never gain weight. It's because of the metabolism. they burn more calories and therefore even when they eat a lot they don't gain weight. If your metabolism is all so fast, even you can enjoy all the food that you love and still you will not gain weight.

BMR is high in people with more muscle mass. So the more muscle we have the more calories you burn even while resting so build some muscle it will help you with your BMR.

You can do high intensity interval training along with weight training exercises. You can do a 30 minute run walk workout. when work for 2 minutes and one for 1 minute for 2 minutes. And then on for 1 minute then doing this for 30 minutes HIIT burn more calories in short period Of time and helps you improve your BMR.

You can also include healthy protein sources in your meals like lentils, paper-thin, spinach, chickpeas, Kidney beans, Potter cheese, cheese, yogurt, milk, egg whites, fish, turkey all of this protein sources help you build muscle.

Start eating metabolism boosters. For example, ginger in your food will help you speed up your digestion process. You can have 3 to 5 cups of green tea a day, It will burn up to 80 calories without any effort. There certian things that you should avoid like crash dieting or eating too much late at night and we do a lot of cardio it actually Browns muscles. So, the best thing to do is, to do cardio plus weight training.
